the images we made the previous year. We invite members,
spouses, SOs, and guests.
Sip a glass of wine, beer, or water as you enjoy some great
photographs. We will have tasty food, yummy chocolate, and
door prizes! Join us for a fun evening.

It's time to gather for our belated, annual, post-post-holiday
party. We will have fabulous food, wonderful wine,
decadent chocolate, and of course, a slide show of some
of your favorite 2009 images in a revolving
"slide" show. We hope you will all share
your favorite Tips and Tricks, too. Those who attended the
last several years had a wonderful time, and we enjoyed
gathering around, shooting the breeze, relating war stories
(and there are plenty of those these days), talking photography,
and sharing images.
For Tips and Tricks, it
might be your favorite photo gadget, post-processing tip in CS or Lightroom,
a lighting accessory, a primer on how to use Facebook, etc. Chat with fellow
photographers,
Remember, images must be from 2009 only. Just
be sure to prepare them according to the specs below.
There will be wine and beer, other refreshments and food, so please let us know
if you are planning on coming and if you have special dietary needs (vegetarians).

Select 5-10 of your favorites from 2009 only. All
images should be e-mailed to Margo
Pinkerton by the date in the green box above with
the following specs:
Resolution at 96 ppi
Width & height not to exceed 800 pixels
Panorama width not to exceed 1055 pixels, height
not to exceed 800 pixels
Convert to sRGB (for screen)
Please do your own sharpening
Save as a jpg/JPEG and compress at 80%
Name using the following convention in the order
in which you want them shown:
LastnameFirstinitial-01.jpg
LastnameFirstinitial-02.jpg
LastnameFirstinitial-03.jpg, etc. in the order
you wish them shown.
Thus, it could be named PinkertonM-01.jpg
(Margo Pinkerton's first image).
